【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61557specifiestherequirementsforinsulationfaultlocationsystemswhichlocalizeinsulationfaultsinanypartofthesysteminunearthedITa.c.systemsandunearthedITa.c.systemswithgalvanicallyconnectedd.c.circuitshavingnominalvoltagesupto1000Va.c.,aswellasinunearthedITd.c.systemswithvoltagesupto1500Vd.c.,independentofthemeasuringprinciple.ThispartistobeusedinconjunctionwithIEC61557-1.NOTE1-ITsystemsaredescribedinIEC60364-4-41amongstotherliterature.Additionaldataforaselectionofdevicesinotherstandardsshouldbenoted.NOTE2-Furtherinformationoninsulationfaultlocationcanbefoundinthefollowingstandards:IEC60364-4-41,subclause413.1.5.4,andIEC60364-5-53,subclause531.3.NOTE3-Aninsulationfaultlocationsystemusuallyconsistsofseveralfunctionalmodules(seefigure1).Allorsomeofthefunctionalmodulesmaybecombinedinonedevice.Thefunctionalmodulesandashortdescriptionoftheirfunctionarementionedbelow:-insulationmonitoringdeviceaccordingtoIEC61557-8;-controldevice,portableorpermanentlyinstalled:thecontroldevicespecifiesthesequenceofthetestprocedureandcontainslogicaloperationsforinsulationfaultlocationandforfaultalarm;-testdevice,portableorpermanentlyinstalled:thetestdevicecontainsthetestcurrentgenerator;-couplingunit,portableorpermanentlyinstalled:thecouplingunitincombinationwiththetestdeviceconstitutestheconnectiontothesystemtobemonitored;-residualcurrenttransformerorcurrentclamp:theseareusedforthedetectionofthetestcurrentandareconnectedtoanevaluator;-evaluator,portableorpermanentlyinstalled:theresidualcurrenttransformersareconnectedtotheevaluatortodetectthetestcurrent.NOTE4-Note3givesanexampleofthefunctionalmodulesininsulationfaultlocationsystems.Thecombinationofmodulesmayvarydependingontheversion(portableorpermanentlyinstalled).NOTE5-Insulationfaultlocationsystemswithanindependenttestcurrentsourcemayalsobeusedforinsulationfaultlocationinde-energizedsystems.
